1. You will want to have the document that you want to edit already opened.
2. You will want to click on the review button as shown at the top of the page.
3. You will want to highlight any words or a spot you want to put a comment at as shown.
4. You can now make a new comment by pressing the button shown.
5. When you click the new comment button it will pop open a baloon for you to type what change you have made or to just leave a comment for whoever else might be working on the document with you.
As you can see in the image above, the balloon will tell you who wrote the comment or edited it while also giving that specific person a certain color that will differ from someone else who adds a comment.
6. once you have made a comment as shown above you can highlight within the comment to mark out and to make any edits if needed as shown below
7. The final step is that you can press the "review pane" button to see all the edits made in the document as shown.
